Join us at the idyllic Barn at Jacob Farm for a variety of practical ways to incorporate mindfulness into your life and the life of your family. Come to learn tips and tricks for slowing down amidst the hectic pace of life, and for learning to harness your breath anytime, anywhere. Everybody is welcome - with kids and without, and practices will include some in which adults and children are in separate spaces, and some in which everybody practices together.
