Hearing Your Inner Voice, Speaking Your Desire with Rabbi David Jaffe
This session will guide faith leaders in connecting to their own sources of spiritual motivation and renewal as a way of entering a place of inner sanctuary. From there we will utilize practices for turning desire into prayer as another means of renewal.
The Space Within: Morning Mantra Practices for Peace with Jeffery Micah Branch
Mantra is food for the mind. The ancient scriptures of many traditions offer us the nectar of devotion in the sacred syllables they teach us. Jeffery will give a short discourse on Morning meditation/chanting practices and their benefit while leading us through a few key meditative practices that will leave you blissful. Guided breathing, mantra chanting, and reflective silence will be the perfect start our retreat day! We will also learn an ancient Sanskrit mantra for world peace.

Your Soul Curriculum with Rabbi David Jaffe
Each of us has a personalized soul curriculum. This session will guide participants through the basic elements of a soul curriculum and offer tools for identifying this curriculum and working with it to achieve mastery. Wisdom will be primarily drawn from the Jewish Mussar (ethical and spiritual development) tradition and will be applicable for all faith traditions.
