Rose Murrin attended University of Chicago’s Divinity School and graduated from the School of Social Service Administration. She worked as a clinical social worker in hospice and other medical settings for several years. Rose is currently at Jewish Family Service where she supervises the Kesher Program, a synagogue based social work outreach program, and the Case Management department. She also has a private practice in Warren, RI. Rose is interested in the experience of healing from brokenness, in the intersection between spiritual and mental health and in developing authentic ways of living and being in the world. Rose lives in Rhode Island with her spouse, two children and two dogs, where she enjoys running, hiking, digging in the dirt, watching things grow and sitting quietly whenever she can.
